Bow Truss Investments, LLC is a privately owned real estate company that invests in value-add multifamily apartment buildings, commercial buildings, and land development opportunities in the Greater Los Angeles Area. We target all sub markets in Los Angeles and look for opportunities in which we can use our expertise and team to increase value to the asset and improve the surrounding neighborhood. We seek properties that typically need work and have strong underlying zoning so that our team can make strategic improvements and maximize true market value. We are amenable to a variety of different sized properties and have recently purchased small, medium and large apartment buildings and assets. We also love apartment buildings with vacancies or emerging vacancies

Our mission is to build relationships with building sellers and real estate brokers to help us with our acquisition strategy, creating win-win relationships between us and our partners. Our goal is to improve investment real estate, take good care of our tenants, and help improve the communities in which we invest.
